1. Application of the Terms of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through our online shop https://07club.es (the “Webseite”). By purchasing any goods available on the Website (including special releases or “Drops”), you expressly agree to these Terms. 3. Order confirmation

Orders are not considered accepted until you receive our express confirmation. We will send you a confirmation email once the order has been accepted. Until then, your order will remain pending validation.

4. Prices

The prices shown on the Website may be modified at any time at our discretion. We recommend that you carefully review your order page before proceeding to final payment.

5. Order rejection

We reserve the right to cancel orders, both before and after confirmation, in circumstances such as: insufficient availability, inability to verify age or identity, delivery address not covered by our service, or significant errors in established prices. In these cases, we will notify you and proceed to refund any amount paid in full.

6. Payment

Payment is made at the end of the purchase process via the Shopify platform. Ownership of the products is transferred once full payment has been verified.

7. VAT adjustments

If the applicable VAT rate changes between the date of your order and the actual delivery, we will adjust the rate accordingly, unless full payment has already been made prior to the change.

8. Taxes and duties

When purchasing products for delivery outside Spain, you may incur import taxes, customs duties or other local charges that must be paid by you. These charges are beyond our control. We recommend that you consult the relevant authorities in your country. By placing an order, you are considered the official importer and agree to comply with the regulations in force in the country of destination.

9. Delays beyond our control

We accept no responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural phenomena, adverse weather conditions, health emergencies, armed conflicts, etc.). We will make every effort to minimise any delays and keep you informed whenever possible, but we will not offer financial compensation for delays. 11. Right of withdrawal

For most products purchased through the Website, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase and obtain a refund of the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, subject to the following conditions:

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons that have been unsealed.
• Sealed audiovisual recordings or computer software that have been opened.
• Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalised.
• Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

Exercising your right:

12. Return of products

Products must be returned (together with any gifts or accessories received) at your expense within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. It is essential to keep the proof of shipment. If the products are not received or cannot be properly approved for shipment, the amount paid will not be refunded.

13. Delivery times

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (shortage of materials, logistics incidents, customs procedures, high volume of orders). 14. Rejected deliveries

If you reject delivery of your order and it is not returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the purchase.

15. Refund of shipping costs

We only refund the cost of standard shipping. We do not refund any additional costs for selected premium shipping options.

16. International returns

For customers located outside the United Kingdom, a fixed administrative fee will be applied and deducted from the total refund amount.

17. Reduction of refund due to use or damage

18. Refund method and timeframe

If the product has not been delivered: Refund within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

If you return the product: Refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or receipt of proof of shipment.

Refund method: The refund will be made using the same payment method and currency used for the original purchase, at no additional cost to you.

19. Faulty products

20. Product modification

We reserve the right to make modifications to products in order to comply with new legal provisions, adjust prices for future purchases or implement minor technical improvements that do not substantially affect their intended use.

21. Product withdrawal

We may discontinue products from the catalogue. Where possible, we will notify you and proceed to refund payments made for products that ultimately cannot be supplied.

22. Termination of contract

We may terminate the contract in the following cases: non-payment, failure to provide necessary information, inability to deliver for reasons attributable to the customer, or failure to comply with conditions established by third-party suppliers.

23. Prohibition of commercial resale

The products are intended exclusively for personal use. Commercial resale without prior authorisation or consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders and take legal action against unauthorised resale activities.

24. Limitation of liability

We shall not be liable for unforeseen or indirect losses, those caused by events beyond our reasonable control, losses that could have been avoided by the customer, or losses arising from the professional or commercial use of the products.
